Multinational and multicultural experience with project development in Japan, Europe, and Latin America. Hugo Cantu graduated from UTEP with a degree in graphic design. Hugo is an accomplished artist and designer. He has done image corrections for NADIR as well as having produced and contributed to several comic books for Project IV Publishing which has recently returned from it’s second successful showing at the San Diego Comic-Con. Hugo has extensive experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML and Flash design.
